Mornington Peninsula Shire has partnered with Yarra Energy Foundation and vetted installer, All Electric Homes, to offer a range of quality, affordable home energy upgrades to Mornington Peninsula residents. Our partners can also help you access any eligible government rebates.

Rebates

Rebates from Mornington Peninsula Shire are available to eligible Pensioner Concession Card and Veterans’ Affairs Card holders who have products installed through the Home Energy Upgrades program. These are available to owner occupier households or households with tenants who have an eligible concession card. The property in Mornington Peninsula Shire must be the primary residence of the eligible card holder. Landlords may apply on behalf of eligible tenants.Eligible cards are: Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card, Veterans’ Affairs Pensioner Concession Card or Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card (refer to examples below).

Rebates are limited to one rebate per household. Households installing multiple home energy upgrades through the program will only receive a rebate for one upgrade.
